Privacy policy

Cirta Cars MB collects personal data only to prepare and manage your car rental.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, nationality, and the identity and driving documents you upload during a booking request.

How documents are stored

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage. They are never public and are visible only to our staff through time-limited links. You can ask us to delete them at any time and we will remove the files.

Data retention

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required by Lithuanian accounting law. Identity documents are deleted once the rental has ended and any deposit has been settled, and at the latest 12 months after your last rental.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@cirtacars.com.
