Your right to cancel

Car rental booked for specific dates is not covered by the 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l), and Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Lithuanian Civil Code). Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our terms and conditions.

How to make a complaint

Write to us by email or phone with your booking number and a short description. We reply within 14 days and aim to solve the issue together with you.

If we cannot agree

If you rent as a consumer and are not happy with our answer, you can turn free of charge to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt. You can also go to a court in Lithuania.
